The Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, VisionPlus will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request VisionPlus to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by VisionPlus or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when VisionPlus asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society.

Key Contract Terms

Contract type: Rolling monthly contract β€” no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime after the first month with 30 days' written notice.

Cooling-off period: 14 days from the date of SIM activation. You may cancel without charge within this period.

Early termination charge: If you cancel after the cooling-off period but within the first calendar month, the maximum charge is Β£3.50 (the Standing Charge for that month). No early termination charge applies after the first month.

Payment: Charges are collected by Direct Debit or your Debit / Credit payment card you have selected. You authorise VisionPlus to debit your account for usage charges each month.

By confirming, you enter into the Vision Plus & Blue Mineral Customer Agreement. Your Direct Debit mandate will be confirmed by your bank within 3 working days.

Your connection is subject to our standard Terms of Service. All registration data is stored on UK-based encrypted servers.
