When you reach Step 4 of the SIM registration process (Direct Debit / card setup), our payment processor Stripe, Inc. sets a small number of cookies on your device. These cookies are used by Stripe to:

• detect and prevent fraudulent payment attempts;
• maintain the security of your payment session; and
• remember your device across payment interactions to reduce friction for genuine customers.

Because these cookies are necessary to complete a payment (a service you have explicitly requested), we rely on the "strictly necessary for a service you requested" exemption under PECR Regulation 6(4) in addition to your consent. However, if you select "Essential Only" in our cookie settings, we will not load the Stripe payment element and you will not be able to complete the Direct Debit setup.

If this changes in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy at least 30 days before any new cookies are introduced and will ask for your fresh consent where required.
